Service: What do you do in your life to serve others above yourself? 

Honesty: What do you think are the keys to good follow through on your commitments? 

Positivity: Would you describe yourself as a problem solver? Can you give me some examples? 

Loyalty: Why are you leaving your current job? How would our company be a better fit? 

Drive: Can you think of a time when you exceeded other people’s expectations at work?

The Goal of this Interview is to determine: 

  • Are they Hungry, Humble, and Smart?

  • Do they Get it, Want It, and are Capable of It? 

    • Get it: Do they understand the role? 

    • Want It: Do they want THIS role and not just A role? 

    • Capable of It: Do they possess the skill/capacity to do learn and do this role?
