Loyalty: Why are you leaving your current job? How would our company be a better fit?
Drive: Can you think of a time when you exceeded other people’s expectations at work?

The Goal of this Interview is to determine:
Are they Hungry, Humble, and Smart?
Do they Get it, Want It, and are Capable of It?
Get it: Do they understand the role?
Want It: Do they want THIS role and not just A role?
Capable of It: Do they possess the skill/capacity to do learn and do this role?
